Dubai's Trèsind Studio Keeps Its Three Michelin Stars

Trèsind Studio has retained three Michelin stars in the 2026 Dubai guide, keeping the distinction it first earned in 2025. News18 reports that the Dubai restaurant remains the only Indian restaurant worldwide to hold the guide's highest rating.

Chef Himanshu Saini leads a rooftop dining room with just 15 seats. His tasting menu explores India's regional cooking through a sequence of contemporary dishes, drawing on ingredients and techniques from across the country.

Seasonal produce is central to the kitchen. Much of it comes from organic and sustainable farms in the UAE, linking the restaurant's Indian culinary influences with local suppliers. The team's approach to service reflects the Indian tradition of treating guests with exceptional care.

The restaurant received its first Michelin star in 2022, when the guide launched in Dubai. A second followed in 2023, before the third arrived two years later.

Saini credited employees, guests and partners for helping the restaurant maintain its rating. He described retaining the award as a daily responsibility shared by the team, rather than an achievement secured once and left behind.
