CEDIS said planned work on the network will leave parts of several Montenegrin municipalities without electricity on Sunday 18 October, Monday 19 October and Tuesday 20 October. The operator said the work is meant to make the power supply better and safer. If the weather is poor, the work will be postponed.

The notice covers the whole municipalities of Plav and Gusinje, including the small hydropower plants at Jara and Babino Polje, in an 08:00–17:00 window, and a separate full cutoff for Gusinje in the same hours. It also lists extensive areas of Podgorica and Tuzi, Danilovgrad, Herceg Novi, Andrijevica and Bijelo Polje, plus the whole municipality of Rožaje from 08:00 to 15:00.

Most listed cutoffs fall in the daytime, commonly from about 08:00 until 15:00 or 17:00. Shorter windows also appear, including 10:00–12:00, 10:00–11:30, 13:30–15:00 and 09:00–10:00. CEDIS marks some jobs as brief disconnections, including cuts of up to 15 minutes and one-to-two-hour outages at individual entrances while meters are replaced. A 10 kV line at Dolac and the 10 kV Meteh line are named for short switch-offs.

Named places range from northern villages and mountain settlements to city streets, industrial sites, water-supply points, border facilities and the regional water system near Zeta railway station. Cold stores, petrol stations, workshops, a dairy and restaurants appear only as landmarks on the outage lists.
